Welcome to Jammu & Kashmir, the paradise on earth. Your journey will commence in Jammu, followed by a scenic road trip to Srinagar, the summer capital of Kashmir. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our representative and escorted to your hotel for check-in. Enjoy a warm dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at your hotel in Srinagar, the vibrant heart of Kashmir. Our team will ensure a seamless and memorable experience for you in this enchanting destination.

Commence your day with a delectable breakfast, followed by a comprehensive local sightseeing tour. The itinerary includes visits to the renowned Mughal gardens of Nishat (Garden of Pleasure) and Shalimar (Garden of Love), which were meticulously crafted over a period of 14 years. These majestic gardens are a testament to the erstwhile Mughals’ penchant for creating exquisite oases. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Zabarwan Mountains, the gardens showcase lush green turfs, vibrant blooming flowers, and captivating cascading water fountains. The tour also encompasses visits to the Chashma Shahi (Royal Spring) garden and the Pari Mahal (Fairy Palace). Following these enriching experiences, indulge in a romantic 1-hour shikara ride on the famed Dal Lake. As the sun sets, retire to your hotel in Srinagar for a sumptuous dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.

Gulmarg, meaning ‘Meadow of Flowers’, offers a scenic experience via the world’s highest cable car, ascending to the Affarwat Mountain range. The 8-minute ropeway ride passes colorful shepherd hutments, reaching the lower ridge of Afarwat peak. Seasonal activities include: -Summer: Trek to Khilanmarg valley and visit the world’s third-highest 18-hole golf course. -Winter: Enjoy sledge rides, skiing, ATV rides, skating, and other snow activities. In the evening, drive back to Srinagar for an overnight stay in a houseboat.

Today, we embark on a journey to Pahalgam via National Highway 44A, a scenic 3-hour drive from Gulmarg. As we traverse through the valley, we’ll pass through saffron fields of Pampore, the marvellous ruins of Avantipur and the village of Bijbehara which remains famous as the breadbasket of Kashmir ancient ruins, and villages, offering a glimpse into Kashmir’s rich heritage. Be sure to sample local breads and snacks from vendors along the way! At Khanabal, we’ll switch to the national highway and drive through Anantnag, the second- largest city in the region. The road then turns scenic, running parallel to the Lidder River, which flows from the opposite direction. We’ll explore Pahalgam’s local attractions, including Aru Valley, a quaint village 12 kilometers away, and Betaab Valley, where the famous Bollywood movie “Betaab” was filmed. We’ll also visit Chandanwari, the base point of the annual Amarnath yatra, and Baisaran, also known as Mini Switzerland, via pony ride (payable directly). After a day of sightseeing, we’ll enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at a Pahalgam hotel.

After a delicious breakfast, our representative will bid you farewell and drop you off in Jammu, adhering to your scheduled departure time. Although our tour comes to a close, the memories and souvenirs you’ve collected will stay with you forever, serving as a reminder of the incredible experiences and breathtaking beauty of Kashmir.

Bookings and Payments:

- A token amount is required to process bookings, which is refundable if Namodura cannot confirm the booking on the requested date.

Travel Plan/Itinerary:

- The provided itineraries are samples and may be subject to changes due to external factors such as weather, road conditions, natural hazards, or physical ability of participants.

- Namodura is not responsible for delays or changes in the trip, or expenses incurred due to natural calamities, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of transport, sickness, political closures, or any untoward incidents.

Child Policy:

- Children up to 5 years are not charged in the package cost.

- Children between 6-10 years are not charged in the package, but meal charges apply.

- Children aged 11 and above are considered adults and charged accordingly.

Hotel Policy:

- Requests for extra beds, adjacent or adjoining rooms, and room allocation with twin or double beds are subject to availability and at the discretion of the hotel.

- Check-in and check-out times are standard at 12 Noon, but guests can request early check-in or late check-out directly with the hotel management.

Documents:

- Government-issued IDs (Aadhar Card/Passport) are required for all guests, including children.

- Age proof is required for children aged 2-10 years and infants below 2 years.

Billing and Payments:

- Billing errors may result in re-invoicing.

- Dishonored cheques will incur a fee of INR 500/- and may lead to legal actions.

- Credit card chargeback fees will be charged to the cardholder.

Alterations/Cancellations:

- Alterations or cancellations of services after the holiday has commenced may incur penalties.

- Refunds are not applicable for unused services.
